Are you considering hiring a nanny to care for your children or even your elderly parent? Here are a few of the questions that you might want to the nanny that you might potentially hire to be a part of your home.

Where was your potential nanny most recently employed and why aren't they working there any more. It is very easy to contact your potential nanny's former employer and have a list of questions prepared. How long was she employed there? What did they like the most about her? What did they like least about the nanny? Would they hire the nanny again if given the opportunity? Did the children get along with the nanny? Did she interact well with them and was she proactive with their lives and activities.

Most importantly, did the previous employer ever implement the use of a spy camera or nannycam? If so, what was the reason that originally prompted them to install a nanny camera in their home and what did the spy camera reveal, if anything?

It is important to always keep in mind that there is no one more important than your family, with their safety and protection being of highest importannce. Just because you install a nanny cam, secuity camera or hidden spy camera in your home, it doesn't mean that you don't trust your nanny, and you should never feel guilty about your decision to monitor the nanny when you are away from your home. It simply means that you care about the well-being of your children and are taking preventative measure to monitor your nanny and her daily activities.
